Ten years later, we contacted Randy to do a remodel, adding a dining room, screen porch, outdoor shower and enlarging our storage space. He was wonderful to work with, very collaborative, and dealt with subcontractors as needed. After Hurricane Florence removed half our roof, Randy was the second person we called, right after our insurance agent. He jumped right in and helped with the demolition of the damaged portions of the house, and immediately began repairs and even more improvements - adding an additional dormer to the upstairs giving our daughter a much larger bedroom. Randy was extremely helpful in solving problems caused by lack of available sub-contractors, giving us an even better house in the end. We highly recommend Randy Miller Construction.
